The terms and conditions set out on this page apply to all services, games, betting and financial transactions on the jetbaj platform (website: https://jetbaj.cam). By registering on this site or using it in any way, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

jetbaj may at any time request a government-issued ID, birth registration certificate or other documents to verify a user's identity. jetbaj has the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. If false information is provided, the account may be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If unauthorised access to your account occurs, notify the jetbaj support team immediately. Allowing any third party to use your account or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the jetbaj platform is ৳100 and this applies to all payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Please ensure that the payment account you are sending funds from is your own and registered in your name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed during the verification process or if unusual activity is detected. The wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

3.3 Third-Party Payments

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's mobile banking or bank account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be immediately suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jetbaj offers new members a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or depositing ৳8,000 will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

Before the welcome bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal, a total of 15 times the bonus amount must be wagered (wagering requirement 15x). Only wagers placed on designated games will count toward this requirement. All slot games generally count at 100%; different rates may apply for live table games and betting.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each promotion only once.
• If the bonus conditions are not met within the specified period, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Bonus benefits may not be shared, transferred or sold to others.
• If a user is suspected of misusing the bonus system, jetbaj reserves the right to review the account.
• jetbaj reserves the right to change, cancel or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Betting Rules

All bets on the jetbaj platform are governed by standard rules. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error or communication disruption, jetbaj reserves the right to declare that bet void. Bets that have already been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.

5.2 Unfair Advantage Prohibited

The use of software bots, automated systems, arbitrage strategies or any method to exploit platform vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account in question will be immediately closed and all winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

For all sports betting including cricket, results are determined on the basis of the official announcement by the relevant international sports authority. If a match is abandoned, called off or suspended, the rules for refunding the bet amount or voiding the entire bet will apply.

5.4 Live Casino Games

In live casino games, the dealer's or host's decision is final. If a technical disruption occurs in any game, jetbaj will review the situation and provide a resolution. If the internet connection is lost while a game is in progress, that is the user's own responsibility.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jetbaj platform. Violating these may result in the permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering using false or another person's identity documents.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Conducting transactions on the platform while concealing the source of illegal funds (money laundering).
• Any form of fraud, hacking or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Harassing, intimidating or insulting other users.
• Collecting or disclosing any platform information without authorisation.
• Collusion or attempting to exploit system advantages as a group.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor or a third party.

Privacy and Data Protection

jetbaj stores users' personal information with the highest level of care. Under our privacy policy, collected information is used only for providing services, preventing fraud and meeting legal obligations. Personal information is not sold to third parties.

• Suspicion of money laundering or financial crime.
• Information provided by the user is found to be false or incomplete.
• Account inactive for an extended period.

Limitation of Liability

jetbaj will not be held responsible in the following circumstances:

• Loss caused by internet connection disruption.
• Problems caused by the user's device or software.
• Errors or delays from third-party payment services.
• Natural disasters, war, cyber attacks or other unforeseeable events.
• Unauthorised access to an account due to failure to maintain a secure computing environment.

jetbaj is always committed to maintaining service quality and security on the platform; however, in the event of any technical error, the maximum compensation will be equal to the original amount of that specific bet.

Dispute Resolution Process

If you have any dispute or complaint, first contact the jetbaj support team via 24/7 live chat or email. The support team will review the matter and attempt to provide a resolution within a reasonable time.

If the dispute is not resolved through the support process, both parties will seek a resolution through mutual discussion. During the dispute resolution period, the user's account may be temporarily restricted.

Amendment and Effectiveness of Terms

jetbaj reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice may be sent to users' accounts or by email. If you continue to use the platform after any change, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, only that part will be considered void; all remaining terms will continue to be in effect. This document is written in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative.
